Responsibilities
Store luggage for guests, ensuring the proper handling, storage, security procedure are followed.
Provide guests with accurate information on city activities and transportation, assist to make a restaurant or transportation reservations for guest.
Handles guests' enquiries in a friendly and courteous manner.
Maintain a safe and orderly environment, keep the cleanliness of the concierge area.
Familiar with the facilities and services of the hotel.
Perform duties as required by the superior.
Competencies and Requirements
Education: Colleague degree or above; major in Hospitality or Tourism preferred. Related work experience is an advantage.
Language Ability: Good command of spoken, listening and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
Detail – minded, well organized, good communication skill and sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
